Mr. Cochran has served as a volunteer at the Churchville Recreation Council since 2008, serving in a variety of leadership roles including, coaching clinic soccer, girls soccer, boys soccer, softball, and both rec and travel baseball. He has also held numerous key leadership roles within the organization, serving as chair of the soccer program for 5 years, board member for 3 years, and Vice President of the board for 2 years. Cochran has served as President for 3 years and under his leadership has united a solid team of board members who have been able to execute many projects that have been long overdue, most recently our long awaited 2026 Barn Renovation Project. "I continue to be grateful for our awesome volunteers here at CRC", said Cochran. Mr. Cochran has more than 20 years of experience in operations and sales management, primarily in the automotive aftermarket parts as well as maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) supplies. Cochran is currently the District Sales and Operations Manager for East Penn Manufacturing, a Pennsylvania based manufacturer and supplier of Batteries for Mayland, Delaware, Virginia, lower Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Beth Nordell has been a dedicated member of the Churchville Recreation Council Board of Directors since 2012. She began her service as Board Secretary and currently serves as Vice President. Throughout her tenure, Beth has consistently stepped up wherever help has been needed, demonstrating her commitment to the organization's mission and the families it serves.

"I've never hesitated to pitch in wherever needed. Volunteers are the cornerstone of any successful youth sports program. Having benefited from volunteer coaches when my daughter participated in recreation programs, I knew it was my turn to give back."

Beth lives in Havre de Grace with her husband and daughter, who have all enjoyed participating in Churchville Recreation Council programs.

Professionally, Beth has served as a Contracting and Agreements Officer with the Army Contracting Command since 2010. She holds an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Jurisprudence.

Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Beth has spent all but 10 years of her life in Harford County. Her deep roots in the community and passion for youth recreation continue to inspire her dedication to Churchville Recreation Council and its mission.

Robert Schlotterbeck IV is a proud Harford County native whose lifelong connection to community sports began at the Churchville Recreation Center. Growing up, he participated in soccer, baseball, and tennis at the Churchville Rec.

Since 2018, Mr. Schlotterbeck has served as a dedicated volunteer coach for soccer and baseball at the Churchville Recreation Center. He also volunteers as a junior league wrestling coach, reflecting his commitment to supporting young athletes across multiple sports. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Baltimore and a Master of Business Administration from the Towson University/University of Baltimore collaborative program. His educational background, leadership experience, and commitment to service inform the way he mentors and encourages young athletes both on and off the field.

Robert lives in Bel Air, Maryland, with his wife and three children. The Schlotterbeck family shares a strong love of sports and community involvement, and they can often be found on the sidelines or in the dugout at Churchville Rec Center, cheering on teams and helping pass that passion for sports to the next generation of players.

Goudy has been a volunteer in Harford County Recreation Councils since 2003. He began his volunteering with Churchville in 2012. Goudy is a recent retiree following a 30 year career in Corporate America. He has been working at Absolute Sports Performance in Abingdon, MD for the past four years. Goudy also serves as an Associate Head Baseball Coach at John Carroll High School, Bel Air, and US National Teams Director for US Elite Baseball. "I believe in our community and giving back. Opportunities provide roads to success for our youth and the rewards for us volunteers are those successes," said Goudy.

Dr. Reed has been involved in the Churchville Community since moving here in 1995. He has been a member of the Churchville Lions club since 1994 and has been the president of the club 5 times. He has been involved with the Churchville Rec as far back as 2006 as a coach for soccer and softball. "I am excited for the opportunity to help grow the next generation of young people in the Churchville Rec and Harford County communities. Churchville Rec Council was a big part of my children's lives and I want to make sure it is here to serve the community for many more years," said Reed. Dr. Reed is the Director of Student and Residency for Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates Dr. Reed is an Optometrist who has provided medical eye health and vision care to patients throughout Harford County, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia since 1993. Dr. Reed earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and residency certification in Ocular Disease at the Baltimore Veterans Medical Center (BVMC) working with glaucoma, retinal, and corneal specialists.

Mrs. Parsons has lived in Harford County all of her life and has always enjoyed helping out the community. Parsons has volunteered her time with the Rec Council in the past as parent, team mom, assistant coach, head coach, program director and as secretary of the board. In 2018, Parsons created a cheerleading program for the local Council. "I have personally been involved with the rec council since I started in gymnastics at the age of three. Over the last decade, I have watched my own kids grow up and take advantage of all the wonderful things Churchville Rec has to offer. At the heart of all of it is the dedication of the countless volunteers. As a board member, I hope to ensure that more generations of Churchville kids have the same opportunities that my family has had," said Parsons.
